On behalf of Orator and the Nordic committee it is a great pleasure to invite you to the 2009 Nordic Week in Reykjavík, Iceland. This fabulously illustrious event will take place between the 12th and 17th of February. As usual the Orator week reigns supreme with six days instead of the usual five. The theme for the week is not yet settled upon since Baldur's theme last year kind of backfired (The Icelandic Invasion) we will be a bit more careful this year in selecting a theme. The theme for the Hyttetur is also in the works although some depraved members of my committee feel strongly that it should be Eyes Wide Shut*. I will get back to you with more news on that

Pirates at Nordisk Vecka in Århus! This year's theme will be pirates – both copyright pirates and real pirates. Bring your best pirate costume and be ready to meet the "ANGRY PIRATE".
We will visit law firms, lecture at the faculty and generally have lots of Nordic fun!

Dear people of the Nordic countries, and Iceland!
Hark, the time has come! This autumn is nearly over, and it’s turning into winter, for those of you who have this season. That means vacation, and no NVs.
But, fear not, there’s a light in the end of the tunnel. A burning bush may appear close to you, and the star will guide you to new places! For a new spring will arise, and I promise you, my friends, the days will be growing longer, the sun will shine again and yet again people will be merry. For, Behold!, the time is drawing near for You, my good disciples, to do some serious study regarding your finances and calendar. Get ready for the glorious happening of next year, the event everyone will be talking about, the greatest of them all. We, the God fearing people of the Nordic countries, and Iceland, will gather once more to witness this phenomenon of never ending rain, not just the heavenly sent from above, but also the “rain” we pour down our throats, that brings us closer to heaven.

Finally it's time for the Stockholm Nordic week! On behalf of Juridiska Föreningen vid Stockholm's universitet and the international committee I have the great pleasure to invite you to Stockholms nordic week witch will take place in week 48, from 26.11-30.11.
This years theme will be international law and the importance of cooperation. It's a reminder of why Nordiska sekretariatet is so important to us. The theme at the hyttetur will off course be nationality so bring your best Chinese hats and Hawaii skirts!

Judged innocent?Dear Nordists On behalf of Juridiska föreningen Göteborg and the nordic committee it is a great pleasure to invite you to the 2008 Nordic Week in Göteborg. This fantastic event will take place from the 12th of November to the 16th. This year’s theme for the week is “Judged innocent?”. The theme for the hyttetur will be “Captivity/imprisonment” – you´re the prisoners and we´re the judges.
The Gothenburg week will include visit at the Police station talking about crime scene investigations and the Psychology Institution with a presentation of witness psychology. The price for the whole program is 1900 SEK and 1500 SEK for the weekend (because of the lack of hostess this year you will stay at a hostel down town). As usual each association has a place free of charge. The committee will do its best to ensure each association at least one spot in addition to the free-spot.

Our fabulous event which we choose to call Nordisk Uge is going to take place in week 44 – Tuesday through Sunday. The subject theme of the week is "The Nordic Lawyer", thus making this a true Nordic Nordic Week.
The time is ready for us as law students to become equipped with the tools (or weapons) needed for being a true Stud. Jur. Nord. Our week will give you insight in how to utilise the Nordic dimension of your personality and profession. It will make you reflect on what you are doing and why. It is as close to meditation as can be.

It's time for the most northern week so I have a pleasure to invite you to our cute and crazy Nordic Week of Artikla! Be aware that you never feel cold if you remember to take care of your fluid balance! Our week will take place 22/10-26/10-2008.
The theme of the week is "Northern dimension: Lapland today and in the future". We will familiarize you with the traditions and culture of Lapland and show you what Rovaniemi is all about. During the week you will see reindeers, meet Santa Claus, cross the Arctic Circle and so on. Of course the theme for the hyttetur is related to the theme of the week: "Typical Laplander in the year 2100". In Rovaniemi you see loads of typical Laplanders at the time so you can use your imagination and show us how we will look like at the end of the century...
